Med Discovery receives delegation of Chilean Journalists
2007-05-13, Med Discovery hosted a delegation of journalists from Chile under the auspices of Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA). The delegation was concluding a media tour of Switzerland, with a particular focus on innovation, and the possibility for increased Chilean-Swiss collaborations in a number of areas.
At Med Discovery presentations were made on the BioAlps region, the protection of intellectual property, and Med Discovery’s development strategy.
“We were very pleased to be able to present Med Discovery and the business context for biotech start-ups in Switzerland to this delegation” said Dr. Deperthes, CEO of Med Discovery. He continued “with Med Discovery’s continued ties to South America, in particular the early in vivo testing work we do in Sao Paulo, we are well placed to share our experience in working across geographic and cultural boundaries.”
