Med Discovery signs Contract Manufacturing Agreement with Protein’eXpert
2007-08-31, Med Discovery has signed an agreement with Grenoble-based Protein‘eXpert for the process development and manufacture of its lead kallikrein inhibitor.
This contract manufacturing agreement with Protein‘eXpert covers the process development and manufacture of its lead kallikrein inhibitor, MDPK67. The agreement includes process optimization, scale-up, and production of a lot for use in pre-clinical toxicology studies. Also included is the development of in-process controls and creation of cell banks, suitable for the production of a GMP lot for early clinical studies.
