Proteins with a N-terminal His-tag are prepared from E. coli strain carrying the cloned human cDNA encoding mature protein. The purity as determined by SDS-PAGE and Western Blot is >98%. In vitro inhibition activity of all proteins is tested against appropriate proteases. Supplied in solid lyophilized form.
