Med Discovery offers evaluation of your compounds on cancer cell
lines (Prostate, Breast, Bladder, Ovarian, Epidermoid, Skin, T-Leukemia
and other upon request) analyzing their efficacy and toxicity. We
test cell viability with varying drug concentrations/ incubation
times or determine IC50 of your compound. The effect of your compound
on cancer cells can be measured by gene expression analysis by RT-PCR.
Furthermore, we also measure protein expression levels in treated
cells (cell extract, cell secretion) by Western Blot and SDS-PAGE
or by specific ELISA.
