Med Discovery established many different xenografts human cancer
models in mice (other models are also available upon request). These
models are used to measure in-vivo activity of compounds and determine
effective doses of your drugs. Post-injection analysis may include
gene or protein expression analysis of tumors or serum by RT-PCR
or Western Blot / SDS-PAGE or quantification of specific proteins
by ELISA.
In-house and in our facilities at the University of Mogi das Cruzes
in Sao Paulo, Brazil, we are able to offer you in-vivo services to
evaluate your compounds in mice. Whether you are looking for advice
in experimental set-up, have some clearly defined needs for in-vivo
